3-Day Refund Policy

At our company, we take pride in offering a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. However, please note that refunds are not automatically processed with subscription cancellation. To receive a refund, kindly reach out to us directly within three days of your initial purchase.

Please be aware that cancellations are set to take effect promptly with instant removal of your credits. Additionally, we cannot issue refunds for any months in which you utilized your account outside of our refund policy. Furthermore, if you have used your account in the same calendar month as your refund request or if you used more than 10% of the plans word credits, we regret to inform you that we cannot issue a refund.

We kindly ask that you cancel your subscription to avoid any future charges. Please note that refunds are only applicable to the current subscription charge on your account and only for the first purchase. As always, we hold our customers responsible for managing their accounts. Thank you for your understanding.
